In order to simplify your reading of this document, we present some useful definitions for your interpretation.
Personal data: is information related to a natural person and that is capable of identifying the person or making identification possible. Examples of personal data that may allow your identification are: Name, CPF, telephone, e-mail, license plate of your vehicle, etc.
Treatment: is all the way we can use your Personal Data, including, but not limited to, the following activities: collection, storage, query, use, sharing, transmission, classification, reproduction, deletion and evaluation.
Holder: is you, the natural person to whom the personal data refer.

How is your personal data collected and what types of personal data are collected?
The amount and type of information collected by ACAM varies according to the use that the user makes of the Site. All data collected or provided directly by the holder of personal data is treated as confidential, and we will only use it for the purposes described herein and/or authorized by You.

How do we use Cookies?
“Cookies” are identifiers that are transferred to your browser or device that tell us how and when pages and features on the Site are visited, how many people access them, and certain information about their devices.

With whom does ACAM share your personal data?
Sometimes, we need to share your personal data with third parties that provide services on our behalf, mainly in the use of auxiliary services for the operation of the Site.

Partners and suppliers: ACAM may share Personal Data that it collects from the Site with partners and/or suppliers of ACAM. We are against any abuse of authority and, if ACAM understands that a certain order is abusive, we will always defend the privacy of the holders.
Rights protection. In addition, we reserve the right to share any personal data that we believe is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, enforce our terms of use, or even protect the rights of ACAM and our employees.
What are your rights as a holder of personal data?
Personal data is yours and Brazilian law guarantees that you have a series of rights related to it. We are committed to the fulfillment of these rights and, in this section, we will explain how You can exercise them with ACAM. Brazilian law guarantees you the following rights:
Confirmation and Access
Allows you to check whether ACAM processes your personal data and, if so, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction
Allows you to request correction of your incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal data.
Anonymization, blocking or deletion
It allows you to ask us to (a) anonymize your data, so that it can no longer be related to you and therefore ceases to be personal data; (b) block your data, temporarily suspending your ability to process it; and (c) delete your data, in which case we will delete all your data without the possibility of reversal, except in cases provided for by law.

You have the right to request, upon express request, that ACAM provide You, or a third party that You choose, your personal data in a structured and interoperable format, for transfer to another supplier, provided that it does not violate the intellectual property or secrecy of the company’s business.

When We Process your Personal Data based on your consent, You can request the deletion of the data.
Information about sharing
You have the right to know the public and private entities with which ACAM shares data. In any case, if You have questions or want more details, You have the right to ask us for this information.
Information about the possibility of not consenting
Allows You to have clear and complete information about the possibility and consequences of not providing consent. Your consent, where necessary, must be free and informed. Therefore, whenever we ask for your consent, you are free to withhold it – although in these cases we may have to limit our deliveries to you.
Revocation of consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent in relation to processing activities that are based on consent. However, this will not affect the legality of any treatment previously carried out. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain deliverables to you, but we will let you know when we do.
Opposition
The law authorizes the processing of personal data even without your consent. If you do not agree with this treatment, in some cases, you will be able to object to it, requesting its interruption.
Whenever you exercise your rights, ACAM may request some additional information to prove your identity, seeking to prevent fraud. We do this to ensure your security and privacy. Also, some requests may not be responded to immediately, but ACAM undertakes to respond to all requests within a reasonable time and always in compliance with the applicable legislation.
You can also ask us not to send you marketing communications and not to use your personal data in profiling for direct marketing purposes or any other benefit based on your consent. You can opt out of receiving email newsletters and other marketing communications by following the opt-out instructions provided to you in those emails. Messages from operational accounts will not be affected if you opt out of marketing communications.
How long will personal data be stored?
We will keep the personal data of Site Users only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collect them, including for the purposes of complying with any legal, contractual, accountability obligations or requests from competent authorities.
All data collected will be deleted from our servers when the User so requests or when they are no longer necessary or relevant for ACAM, unless there is any other reason for their maintenance, such as a possible legal obligation to retain data, or the need to preservation of these to safeguard the rights of ACAM.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm arising from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purpose of processing your data and whether we can achieve such purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements.
How Information Security works at ACAM
ACAM adopts all technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data of Site Users against loss, unauthorized use or other abuses. Data will be stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public.
We strive to protect the privacy of the personal data we store, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized use of accounts, hardware or software failure, and other factors can compromise the security of your personal data at any time, so please help us maintain a safe environment for everyone. International Transfer
Some of our Suppliers may have their servers located outside of Brazil, so that, for example, to store your data, we need to transfer it to other countries. ACAM is headquartered in Brazil and the data we collect is governed by Brazilian law. By accessing our Site, the User agrees to the processing and transfer of such data to Brazil. Policy Updates
As we are always looking to improve our Site, this Policy may undergo updates, in order to provide the User with more security, convenience and increasingly improve their experience. That is why we recommend that the User access our Policy periodically, so that he is aware of the changes. To make it easier, we indicate at the end of the document the date of the last update. If relevant changes are made that give rise to new authorizations from Users, we will publish this update and request a new consent.
